tank digging/ CRushing
We take on the rigorous task of extracting wine from the fermentation tank. It's a process that demands a collective effort from our dedicated team. Wines are crafted using whole grapes, allowing the fermentation process to work its magic on the grapes, infusing the resulting wine with its distinctive color, flavor, texture, and aroma. When the transformation is complete, and all the sugar has been converted into alcohol and CO2, we carefully separate the wine from the grape skins. This crucial step requires expertise and caution, as we prioritize the safety of our workers by ensuring proper ventilation to prevent any potential harm caused by residual CO2.
